To organise and co-ordinate the patients who meet criteria for assessment by the CURE nursing team. The role requires a consistent and coordinated approach to the operational management, timely patient flow and a well-planned discharge process.
Access to a number of computer systems within Stockport NHS Foundation Trust to provide information and track the flow of patients. General clerical duties, administrative and telephone related tasks. Work alongside the established Respiratory Nursing service.
Supporting general clerical duties. Dealing promptly with a wide range of enquires from patients, relatives and carers. Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team internal and external to the organisation. Assist with local and national mandatory audit collection.

Undertake data entry onto local and national databases; updating of spreadsheets. Diary management, arrangement of meetings, room availability and booking where necessary.
