Business Admin Apprentice
What skills and experience we're looking for
The Governors and Headteacher are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed apprentice to join our highly recommended, one-form entry, community school. We have an experienced and supportive team within the school and offer an exemplary learning environment and excellent facilities for the children.We were inspected by Ofsted in December 2024 and were confirmed to be OUTSTANDING across all areas.
We seek to strengthen an already committed, exceptional and conscientious team with an excellent admin apprentice with the enthusiasm and ambition to work with and enhance the functionality of our admin team at Woodfield.
The ideal candidate will:
- be a committed team player
- have good inter-personal skills to effectively communicate with staff, parents and pupils
- be committed to the school’s ethos of high expectations and standards and share our vision for excellence
- have initiative, a willingness to learn and be responsible for personal development
- have a personable and professional attitude
- have good organisational skills, including time-management
- have knowledge or experience of IT programmes, e.g. Microsoft

As a Business Admin Apprentice, you will be expected to provide comprehensive administrative support service to your team.
You will also be required to spend a proportion of your time undertaking a Business Administration Level 3 qualification and will gain a range of skills and experience whilst learning from professionals within the organisation.
