As a Chef De Partie in our restaurant, you will support the Sous Chef and run sections of the kitchens with the opportunity to progress in your career. Being responsible for the preparation, cooking, tasting, and presentation of food in line with company specifications.
Our Chef de Partie should have:- Ability to work well under pressure and time constraints
- Knowledge of different varieties of foods and ingredients
- Ability to accept criticism
- Ability to maintain an extremely sanitary environment while working
- Communication skills
- To prepare, cook, and present food in line with company specifications
- To run a section of the kitchen ensuring the correct levels of stock are maintained and the cleanliness of the section
- To be responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen to ensure that all requirements are met in relation to Health & Safety and Food Safety
- To ensure all food preparation, handling and storage is carried out adhering to company hygiene standards
- To take responsibility for portion control and wastage to ensure gross profits are achieved

Pay: £14.00 per hour
