Key Responsibilities:
- Stock Taking and Management: Oversee and manage inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Record Keeping: Maintain precise records of stock movements and inventory levels.
- Administrative Support: Assist with general office duties, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on stock status and office operations.
- Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably with stock management responsibilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
