Shift: Mixed Days / Nights (Full and Part-time Positions Available)
About the role:As a Support Worker, you will be a key member of our team, helping to meet the personal care needs of our residents. You’ll ensure they are treated with dignity and encouraged to maintain their independence, all while supporting the delivery of high-quality care.
Your duties will include general day-to-day tasks to assist in the smooth running of the home.
Reports to: Nurse/Senior Support Worker
Skills and attributes:- A caring and patient nature
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Previous experience as a carer is preferred, but not essential
