Key Responsibilities:
- General Cleaning: Keep public areas shining, including entrances and reception.
- Room Cleaning: Deep clean guest rooms and bathrooms, ensuring a hotel-like experience.
- Maintenance Reporting: Notify management of any damages or safety concerns.
- Signage & Safety: Use caution signs to maintain a safe environment.
- COSHH Compliance: Handle cleaning products safely and follow all guidelines.
- High-Touch Area Sanitisation: Regularly sanitise areas like lift buttons and door handles.
- Customer Service: Provide friendly assistance to building occupants.
- Respectful Conduct: Maintain the privacy and confidentiality of residents.
Ideal Candidate:
- Physically fit and capable of manual cleaning tasks.
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of cleaning products and COSHH safety is a plus.
- Friendly and professional demeanour.
- Ability to work independently, especially when the sole housekeeper on-site.
- Exceptional attention to detail.

- May: 15th, 16th, 17th, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th, 30th, 31st
- June: 1st, 7th, 8th
Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
