School Minibus Driver

Temporary for 6 - 8 weeks

We are looking for a responsible and reliable School Minibus Driver to join our client's team on a temporary basis. This role involves safely transporting students to and from school. You will start and finish in Glasgow picking up students from East Kilbride and Kilmarnock.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate the school minibus on scheduled routes
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues
• Maintain a clean and orderly vehicle
• Adhere to all traffic laws and school policies
• Assist students with boarding and exiting the vehicle as needed

Requirements:

• Valid Cat D1 (no restrictions) or Cat D driver's licence with a clean driving record
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Strong understanding of road safety regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and adhere to schedules
• A friendly and patient demeanour
• Must be eligible for a PVG Disclosure for Children which will be applied for by our client
