Job Title: Client DirectorSalary: £70,000 per annum + 10% Company Bonus
Location: Hybrid Working - 2 days: GIG Retail HQ, Leeds - 3 days: From Home
Role Purpose:
As Client Director at GIG Retail, you will lead strategic growth for assigned client accounts, developing and implementing long-term plans that align with both client business goals and GIG Retail’s objectives. With full P&L responsibility, you’ll manage budgets, hit sales and upsell targets, and drive profitability.You will foster strong relationships with senior stakeholders while leading a high-performing team to deliver impactful retail media campaigns that meet client objectives and drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership and Account Planning- Develop and execute a strategic account plan, aligning client goals with GIG Retail’s vision.
- Ensure all team members are aligned with client objectives and equipped to deliver.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Serve as the primary contact, resolving client issues proactively to ensure high satisfaction.
- Oversee the financial health of the account, managing budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
- Drive cost-efficiency while ensuring all business opportunities generate profitable revenue.
- Identify opportunities to upsell services and drive revenue growth.
- Support new business development and contribute to marketing activities.
- Oversee operations, including media sales, campaign planning, and performance analysis.
- Drive process improvements and efficient ways of working across teams.
- Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative culture.
- Stay updated on retail media trends and integrate new technologies into client strategies.
