Dealing with a range of employment law issues to include disciplinaries and grievances, redundancies and restructures, settlement negotiations and agreements, performance and absence management.
Dealing with complex advisory matters to include capability and discrimination.
Providing an excellent level of client care.
Being the point of contact for incoming queries.
Hybrid working after probation.

Responsibilities:
Providing expert legal advice relating to HR, employment law, immigration and health & safety to a wide and varied client base.Dealing with a range of employment law issues to include disciplinaries and grievances, redundancies and restructures, settlement negotiations and agreements, performance and absence management.
Dealing with complex advisory matters to include capability and discrimination.
Providing an excellent level of client care.
Being the point of contact for incoming queries.
Business development and attending networking events.
Requirements:
Law Degree and previous employment advisory experience is essential for this role.A team player, with an excellent attitude to work.
What’s on offer
Salary to £40,000 dependent on experience.Hybrid working after probation.
