Join us as we develop innovative, exciting content for some of the most beloved chocolate snacking brands, including NOMO, Kinnerton Kids, and Lir Chocolates, as well as working on exciting new concepts for retail customer brands.
Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for digital video motion design? We’re looking for a talented Digital Video Motion Designer to join our dynamic team and bring exciting concepts to life across multiple platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.You will develop innovative, exciting content for some of the most beloved chocolate snacking brands, including NOMO, Kinnerton Kids, and Lir Chocolates, as well as working on exciting new concepts for retail customer brands.

Responsibilities:
- Produce engaging video and stop-motion content for organic and paid social media, emails, and websites, driving brand engagement and awareness for our iconic chocolate brands.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create captivating content for both established brands and new, innovative retail projects.
- Translate creative briefs into high-quality, eye-catching video designs that align with our brand's visual identity and guidelines.
- Stay ahead of trends in digital design, social media, and video marketing, ensuring our brands always stand out.
- Work across a variety of platforms, creating assets for videos, social posts, campaigns, emails, websites, and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Expertise in video creation/editing, stop-motion animation, and digital motion graphics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.
- A proven track record of creating engaging content for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, particularly for consumer brands.
- An eye for storytelling, typography, and attention to detail in every project.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines while delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external teams.
Other Desirable Skills:
- Experience with web design.
- Knowledge of print design (advantageous but not necessary).
- Successful experience in growing TikTok and other social media channels.

When you join Zertus, you will be based at one of our Humdinger, Kinnerton, Bromborough or Lir Chocolates UK/ Ireland locations, unless your role is hybrid/home-based.
Our manufacturing Locations: Heckington, Sherburn-in-Elmet, Fakenham, Bromborough, Navan (Ireland). We have a hot-desking office space in Hull (East Yorkshire) and also in Camden, London.
