The Finance Director will be at the forefront of this development providing strong leadership and ensuring external business partnerships are performing at their full potential.

Core responsibilities:
- Monitor and assist in implementation of Business planning, budgeting, and reporting by developing financial, treasury & tax strategies and processes
- Cash flow forecasting and management of working capital
- Financial risk management and insurance
- Product and Pricing to customers
- Manage Finance team in UK and overseas.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external advisers
- Ensure Compliance with tax legislation and tax planning
- Provide strong support to the Group CFO and CEO in key financial decision-making.
Skills/Qualifications/experience:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualification
- Experience as a senior finance leader of manufacturing company (10 years plus).
- Experience of supporting broader business needs (IT, Admin etc)
- Experience of supporting business growth
- Use and Implementation of ERP systems
