Maintenance Manager - Haywards Heath
Ardingly College has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Manager to join the Estates department.
The post-holder will lead a team of tradespeople and supporting staff, ensuring the needs of the College are met and high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained.
Main areas of responsibility will include:
- Leading on and managing the Estates helpdesk function
- Providing clear and regular communications to the Maintenance team and wider College community
- Managing and overseeing all financial aspects of the Maintenance department
- Contractor management
This role reports to the Estates and Sustainability Manager.
The salary is £45,000 per annum plus call-out allowance.
