Level 3 Nursery Room Leader

Salary: £29,000

We are in search of a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Nursery Room Leader who can contribute to our client's vibrant and inclusive team. As a Room Leader, you will be pivotal in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for the optimal growth and development of young children.

We are seeking candidates with:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above, demonstrating a solid foundation in early childhood education.
  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a nursery setting, showcasing the ability to lead and motivate a team towards excellence.
  • A sound understanding of child development and comprehensive knowledge of the EYFS framework, guiding the planning and delivery of effective learning experiences.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team, driving collaboration and innovation.
  • A dedication to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion within the nursery environment, ensuring that all children and staff feel valued and respected.
