A successful financial services organisation based in the Outer London area is seeking a Compliance and Risk Manager to manage the team and grow with the organisation. Hybrid working 2–3 days a week in the office.
Your new role
You will provide the Senior Leadership Team and whole business with timely guidance on all regulatory requirements affecting the company.You will manage the Compliance and Risk team and oversee the recording of all regulatory returns to FCA.
You will also work in a hands-on capacity, dealing with day-to-day Compliance and Risk matters and work closely with various key stakeholders across the organisation.
You will monitor and report on key risks, run risk meetings and create action plans to mitigate risk across the organisation.
You will review all policies within Risk and Compliance on a regular basis, accounting for any changes in legislation.
You will provide the SLT with advice on all regulatory and compliance matters and deliver training across the organisation when required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need several years' experience working within Financial Services or Insurance as a Compliance and Risk Manager and people manager.You will ideally have strong experience of Consumer Duty.
You will also have experience of reporting to the FCA on all regulatory matters such as complaints, TCF, promotions etc.
You will have excellent communication skills and planning skills.
What you'll get in returnSalary £70-80000 depending on experience.
Flexible working options available-hybrid working 2–3 days a week in the office in the Greater London/Surrey area, including regular team days.
