We have a great opportunity for a proactive and passionate Clinical Trainer to join our Learning and Development Team here at Aria Care. The ideal candidate will be a Registered General Nurse with an active Pin, be a Clinical Trainer already or have experience in Training or mentoring in a clinical capacity.

This role will involve travelling to our Care Homes Nationally and will require a full driving licence.

Registered Nurse with active Pin
Training qualification – desired but not essential
Excellent communicator and presenter
Ability to travel nationally
Excellent coaching skills
Knowledge of learning and development theory and models
