Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative you will be providing support to businesses handling a range of queries mainly over the telephone ensuring service level agreements are exceeded.
You will also be responding to customers via email and providing support on other platforms when required.
The role will involve any administrative duties for the department and ensuring a smooth process for clients and an excellent experience is provided.
The Successful Applicant
Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds such as retail and hospitality
Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
The ability to thrive in a busy environment and work well under pressure
A keen eye for detail and excellent organisation skills
An excellent team player
