Senior IT Project Manager

We’re seeking a Senior IT Project Manager on a 2-year contract. As well as being the driving force behind project delivery, you'll be required to maintain a responsive and effective working relationship with colleagues and customers across the business representing and upholding the integrity and effectiveness of the IT Department.
To be successful in the role, you need to have significant skills and experience of managing end to end delivery of large, complex projects. You must be creative and innovative, with strong competence in financial management and ability to present and report to senior management.You will also be self-motivated and committed to ongoing personal development.

This role will be based at our Winchester offices, however as part of Hampshire County Council's Open Workplace Policy, the successful candidate can undertake their work between home and the office (a hybrid approach) depending upon operational requirements.
