Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver and mark engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Create an inclusive and accessible environment where every student feels supported and valued.
- Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure each child’s success.
- Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Education or equivalent.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or in the process of obtaining it.
- Passion for teaching and working with children.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
