Our clients are a lynchpin in the regional construction market across Dundee and Aberdeen with strong relationships with key public and private sector clients in this space. With a busy 2025 ahead of them with record turnover projected, they are seeking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to their team.

Your new role

As Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be expected to take a project pack from your estimating team and work with your operational team on its successful delivery. Typical projects could be new build commercial or residential projects up to £5million or framework-based projects with housing associations or local councils.
You will work with your construction director and commercial director on the efficient procurement of your trades for your project while being a regular visitor to your project to develop and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.

Our clients pride themselves on paying their subcontractors and suppliers on time and this will make your role as a QS as efficient as possible.

What you'll need to succeed

Our client are seeking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a relevant degree. You will be a capable and competent Quantity Surveyor with a track record of project delivery in similar sectors to our client. You enjoy getting involved in all elements of your project and look to form close and positive relationships with your site team to ensure smooth delivery of the project.
