Job Description- Managing a range of disputes and arbitrations in the commodities sector
- Providing strategic advice to clients in relation to potential and ongoing disputes
- Collaborating with other team members to achieve the best outcome for clients
- Demonstrating knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues
- Maintaining professionalism and client confidentiality at all times
- Contributing to the firm's knowledge management and business development initiatives

The Successful Applicant
A successful Trade & Commodities Disputes Associate should have:
- A degree in Law or a related field
- Qualified UK solicitor with 5/6PQE +
- A thorough understanding of commodities law
- Strong dispute resolution skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in legal research and analysis
- The ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- High standards of professionalism and ethics
