Learning Support Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join our expanding individual needs department. We are inviting applications for full or part-time positions.

Working in the senior school as a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to provide tailored support to pupils in lessons. You will assist in creating an inclusive classroom environment, ensuring that every student can access the curriculum and engage in all school activities to the best of their ability.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of working with children with SpLD and other individual needs in a senior school setting, ideally with a qualification related to learning support. They will have a strong understanding of the role of learning support, excellent communication skills and be prepared to work hard with energy and enthusiasm.An empathetic and understanding approach towards students with special educational needs is a must.
