Job Profile
Bennett and Game have partnered with a well-established fit out contractor located in Stoke-on-Trent. They're actively looking to expand their team by recruiting another Contracts Manager / Projects Manager. With a very healthy pipeline of work in place, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including retail spaces, offices, hotels, restaurants, bars, and leisure facilities.Additionally, our client provides bespoke fittings and solutions designed to meet each client's unique requirements. In this position they're offering a starting salary circa £45,000 - £55,000, and the chance to work on exciting projects across the UK.
Contracts Manager Salary & Benefits- Salary Expectations: £45,000 - £55,000 - Potentially more for a strong candidate
- Car Allowance: Available upon completion of 3-month probation
- Holiday Entitlement: 30 Days including Bank Holidays + 2 Week Christmas Shutdown
- Pension: NEST Pension scheme
- Working hours 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
- Working for a Fit-out Contractor located in Stoke-on-Trent
- Managing and overseeing multiple projects at any one time
- Working on fit-out projects which can be nationwide
- Experience in working on commercial fit out projects from inception to completion.
- Projects from £50k to £1 million. Varying from retail spaces, offices, hotels, restaurants, bars, and leisure facilities.

- Prior experience working on commercial fit-out projects
- Must be able to manage multiple projects at one time
- Full UK driving licence - Must be happy to travel
- Good communication
- Must be looking for a long-term role
- Based local to the office
