Job Description
As the German Speaking Customer Service Agent, you will be be:
- Responding to customers over email and the phone in German
- Using SAP to perform order entries
- Ask customers questions to qualify their tickets and help reach a resolution
- Investigate the customer history and product to help problem solve customer queries
- Liaise with other teams around the organisation to move tickets forward
- Develop customer relationships on large repeat accounts
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in applying to this global furniture business, you should have:
- Fluent level ability in German and English
- Customer service experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong problem solving abilities
- SAP knowledge is desirable but not essential
