We’re looking for an experienced Plumber & Wetroom Fitter to join our growing team. As a key part of our planned maintenance team, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring that our tenants enjoy safe, functional, and well-maintained homes.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Fitting and installing plumbing systems and wetroom fixtures in both tenanted and void properties.
- Carrying out high-quality plumbing and wetroom installations in domestic settings.
- Working within the planned maintenance team to meet targets and deliver excellent service.
- Using your initiative and technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
- Communicating clearly and professionally with tenants, ensuring a positive experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- NVQ Level 1/2 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in social housing with a strong track record of plumbing and wetroom fitting.
- Ability to work in both tenanted and void properties, adapting to different customer needs.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with tenants and your team effectively.
- Full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points).
- A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
