You will be working from our clinics and providing domiciliary support to our patients where required. You will be compensated with a remuneration package and an opportunity grow and develop in line with the business.
Role Requirements:
- Full time
- 5 day work week, scheduled between Monday - Saturday (37.5hrs)
- Listening and supporting our patients by giving good clear advice, explaining suitable products & offers whilst understanding company procedures.
- Maintain delivery of excellent customer service at all times, playing a valuable part of a customer journey & successful team.
- Carrying out patient care through Ear Wax Removal or other procedures as clinically appropriate.

This role requires travel between our clinic sites as defined by the job role. Therefore a driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.
Schedule:
- 7.5 hour shift (9AM – 5.15PM)
- Day shift
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (essential)
Experience:
- Ear Wax Removal: 1 year (preferred, but not essential)
- Full UK Driving License
- Right to live and work in the UK
- DBS Clearance - Upon completion
- Ability to travel to home visits
