Fox Morris Group is recruiting Healthcare Assistants for temporary ad-hoc agency shifts within a private hospital environment.
These roles are ideal for Healthcare Assistants seeking flexible, shift-based work, with the ability to choose when and where they work without committing to a permanent contract.

The Role
You will support nursing and clinical teams during your shifts, delivering high-quality, compassionate care and assisting patients with daily needs in a safe and professional clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities- Assisting patients with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and dignity
- Supporting patients with eating, drinking, and nutritional needs
- Providing comfort and emotional support to patients and relatives
- Carrying out routine observations (following appropriate training)
- Supporting basic clinical procedures and pressure area care
- Preparing and maintaining clinical areas, equipment, and patient beds
- Working collaboratively with nurses and the wider MDT
- Previous experience in a healthcare or care support role (hospital, care home, community, or domiciliary)
- Compassionate and professional approach with strong communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and escalate concerns appropriately
- Basic literacy, numeracy, and IT skills
- Physically able to undertake moving and handling tasks
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) desirable
- Awareness of safeguarding, infection control, and confidentiality
- Flexibility to work around your lifestyle
