The client are recruiting for a Temporary Accounts Assistant based in St. Albans. They are a global pharmaceuticals company that are looking for someone to start immediately.
Job Description
The Temporary Accounts Assistant based in St. Albans will be responsible for:
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
- Create and update expense reports
- Process reimbursement forms
- Prepare bank deposits
- Enter financial transactions into internal databases
- Check spreadsheets for accuracy
- Maintain digital and physical financial records
- Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
- Review and file payroll documents
- Participate in quarterly and annual audits
The Successful Applicant
The successful Temporary Accounts Assistant will have:
- Immediately available or at 1 week notice
- Open to an hourly rate in the region of 25k-35k
- Open to office based at the beginning with possibility of hybrid in longer term
- Strong accounts assistant experience
- Open to working in the pharmaceuticals industry
