We are seeking an exceptional and dynamic Head of Mathematics to join our forward-thinking school, following the retirement of the current postholder after 28 years of distinguished service. As Head of Mathematics, you will lead the largest academic department in this high-performing school, with a proven track record of consistently strong results. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with a deep passion for mathematics and an unwavering commitment to upholding the highest standards of teaching and learning. With a demonstrable record of achieving excellent academic results, they will possess the strategic acumen necessary to develop the department further.The ability to engender an environment in which both pupils and staff are challenged, supported and encouraged will be vital.
