The Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Litigation Solicitor with around 3 years PQE to join an expanding team in Liverpool. As a leading specialist in property management law, the firm is experiencing dynamic growth, particularly in high-value and complex property litigation work.
The Role:
You will work closely with corporate clients on a diverse caseload, including- Managing litigation procedures in courts and tribunals,
- Offering strategic legal advice
- Supporting matters such as service charges, rents, covenants, easements, trespass, and possession issues
- Advising on building safety, fire safety, lease interpretation and complex title structures
Working in a collaborative environment, you will have opportunities for advocacy, to develop your expertise, and play a key role in shaping the firm's future direction.
About you:
- Qualified solicitor with approximately 3 years PQE in property litigation.
- Proven experience managing property litigation cases, including court and tribunal procedures.
- Strong understanding of leasehold reform, service charges, covenants, easements, and possession matters.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide strategic advice and build client relationships.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, growing legal environment.
- An interest in developing expertise in property and building safety law.
