A highly reputable care provider is looking for an exceptional Deputy Care Home Manager to support the Home Manager at their award winning Care home located in the Creiff area. The home is a small residential home that caters for the elderly and those living with dementia.
The home has an experienced manager who has an open door' leadership style & is needing a Deputy Care Home Manager to support in terms of staffing/rota's, supervisions, auditing & care planning whilst providing hands on care to the residents who benefit from an array of activities, a variety of catering options & a dedicated & passionate care team who you will help manage.
This role is full time, 40 hours per week on a rota basis including on call & includes some supernumerary shifts per week & they are happy to consider non nurses for the role.
About you:
- SVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care
- Experience within a care home setting at a senior level
- Excellent care planning & CI/SSSC knowledge
- A passion for person centred care
- Respectful of people's values whilst promoting good care practices
