Job Description
Policy and Public Affairs Manager Role:
- Develop and implement policy strategies.
- Represent the organisation in policy discussions, select committees and APPGs.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across Westminster and Whitehall.
- Monitor and respond to policy developments affecting the organisation and sector.
- Prepare policy briefs and reports for senior stakeholders.
- Provide policy advice and guidance to the team and senior management.
The Successful Applicant
Policy and Public Affairs ManagerEssential criteria:
- A degree in political science, law, or a related field.
- Knowledge of policy development and advocacy from across the NFP sector.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence policy change and stakeholder engagement.
- Outstanding research and analysis skills
