Internal Sales Consultant - Inbound - Stevenage

We’re looking for an Internal Sales Consultant to join our friendly Global Customer Care Centre Inbound Team in Letchworth Garden City. This is a 12-month fixed term contract, Maternity Cover working full time, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
What will you be doing?
As the first person our customers will speak to, you’ll be key to delivering top-notch customer service to both new and existing clients. Your main job will be answering enquiries and spotting opportunities to promote and sell our products. You’ll also help out with data management and may get involved with some outbound customer calls.
