Whatyou'll do

As a FinanceBusiness Intelligence Manager, you'll play a key role in theplanning of core strategic and financial processes such as theannual budget, monthly forecasting, quarterly external reportingand other external investorrequirements.

You'll also beworking with customers and strategic finance partners to identifyand define opportunities for income improvement, cost efficienciesand effective deployment of balance sheet and capital across ourfranchises and divisions.

Keyaspects of your role willinclude:

  • Creatingforecasts and budgets and working with others to align them withbusiness aspirations
  • Providing input to thedevelopment of strategic business plans, budgets and forecasts,scenario planning, analysis and cost managementinitiatives
  • Working with technology partners todeliver information and simplification of financial models andmanagement dashboards
  • Developing financialplanning models that deliver timely, robust, action-orientedoutputs that can drive commercial discussions anddecisions

Theskills you'll need

To besuccessful in this role, you'll need strong financial, analyticaland logical skills together with an enquiring nature and skillset,along with good problem-solvingskills.

We'll also expect youto have:

  • A CIMA,CA, ACCA or CFA qualification, or previous experience with a strongrecord of application in a businessenvironment
  • A demonstrable ability to work wellwith teams in different locations and in differentdepartments
  • Strong process and systems skills,with an understanding of how to improve existing systems andchallenge existing processes
  • Practicalexperience of forecasting and budgeting as well as both technicaland non-technical communication offindings
  • Good interpersonal and communicationskills
