Responsibilities:
Supporting fee earners on a caseload relating to commercial debt recovery and insolvency work.Drafting correspondence and legal documentation.
Negotiating settlement and payment plans.
Preparing files for litigation.
Preparing instructions to counsel and trial bundles.
Adhering to court direction and dealing with post judgment formalities.
Salary to £25,000.Hybrid working.
