• Oversee all accounting operations within the team.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements.
• Ensure legal compliance by understanding current and proposed legislation.
• Lead budget forecast process.
• Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modelling for senior company leadership.
• Support month-end and year-end close process.
• Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.
• Proven experience as a Management Accountant or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of basic and advanced accounting and financial principles and practices.
• Excellent knowledge of cost accounting and reporting.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of Forensic Accounting and Financial Analysis.
• Ability to effectively communicate and present information to internal and external stakeholders.

• A competitive salary range of £40,500 to £49,500 per annum.
