We are urgently seeking a temporary member of staff, for an immediate start, to fill an administrative role at SAE.
As the Programme Administrator, you will ideally have experience of working in Higher Education, with a particular focus on programme administration.
The main responsibilities of the post-holder will be to provide comprehensive and coherent support to the Student Services Team through effective delivery of the duties outlined below;- Student Enquiries & General Support
Respond to student enquiries via email, phone, or in person, providing guidance and support with student-customer service. Direct students to relevant resources as needed. Support the Academic Support Officer with coordinating Study Skills Sessions for students.

- Data Management & Reporting
- Student Communication
- Stakeholder Management
Help liaise with the faculty, department heads, and external contacts to ensure good coordination of student services and timely resolution of issues.

This is an hourly paid role with the potential to become permanent through a recruitment process.
