Job Description
You'll be part of a friendly, collaborative finance team where people work hard but don't take themselves too seriously. From Friday pub trips to summer escape room socials, the team knows how to celebrate success together. With visibility of key commercial decisions and plenty of opportunities to grow, this is more than just a month-end reporting role - it's a real chance to shape, challenge, and add value.
The FP&A Analyst role
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager and working closely with Finance Directors, Group Reporting, and senior stakeholders, this is a varied and hands-on role that will give you access to all areas of the business. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining short-term cash flow reporting to support key decision-making
- Providing treasury support to help the group maximise returns
- Investigating budget variances and feeding insights into rolling forecasts
- Supporting monthly board pack production and sales performance reporting
- Playing a key role in annual budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Administering hedge accounting and FX documentation
- Getting involved in ad hoc projects across Group Reporting and Financial Controls
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys digging into numbers, telling the story behind them, and contributing to the bigger picture. You'll work directly with a leadership team that values insight over spreadsheets and analysis over admin - and you'll have room to shape how things are done.
The Successful Applicant
We're looking for someone with a solid foundation in management accounts - someone who understands debits and credits and wants to build on that to step more into a FP & A Analyst role. Ideally, you'll be part-qualified or finalist level (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA) and confident in Excel and working with large data sets.If you've had exposure to Oracle Fusion, great - but if not, don't worry, training is available.
What matters most is that you're curious, proactive, and happy to roll your sleeves up to get things done. This team values reliability and personality in equal measure - so if you're someone who enjoys a good chat, a strong coffee, and making a difference in your day job, you'll fit right in.
