Electrician
To £37,000 - £38,500 + Van + Workwear + Pension
Based in Pool – working throughout Cornwall and Isles of Scilly
Full-time – permanent (37 hour week)
We are looking for an Approved Electrician to join us to support clients across Cornwall, using your high standards to deliver quality results. If you are a friendly, high performing and motivated individual who takes pride in your profession, you will be the ideal person to join the team on a full-time basis.
Typical work will include installs, refurbishments, alterations, and planned/reactive maintenance. Typical clients include Local Authority, Hospitals, Housing Associations, Schools, Police and Colleges together with private and commercial customers.

Essentials:
- Full clean driving licence
- Qualified to 18th Edition standard
- Experience in filling out certification
- Current in date ECS Card
- C&G 2391 Test and Inspection (or 2394/2395)
- Organised and pro-active with good time-keeping skills and ability to plan your own workload and work, unsupervised at a good pace
- A positive, friendly, can-do attitude with great customer service skills
- Enthusiastic about training and working with Apprentices (and ideally experience)
- Ability to use your own initiative to solve problems
- Own hand tools
- Experience with the installation/maintenance of renewable technologies e.g solar pv, heat pumps, EV chargers
- Experience with managing and working with small teams
- Experience with surveying and pricing work
- Be familiar with using online certification software
- PASMA (desireable)
- IPAF (desireable)
- SMSTS/SSSTS (desireable)
