Simpson’s Lane Academy are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant Level 2 to join our academy in soon as possible, on a temporary basis until 31 August 2025.

Your new role

As a Teaching Assistant Level 2, you will work under the instruction/guidance of teaching/senior staff to undertake work/care/support programmes to enable access to learning for pupils and assist the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom.

Salary: Grade D Points 06 to 08 (£25,183 to £25,992 Full Time Equivalent) subject to pro rata. The minimum actual pro rata salary per annum for this job starts at £19,110.29

Hours: 32.5 hours per week / Term Time only plus 5 days (39 weeks)
