Premises Maintenance Operative - ref. e84296023
Up to £30,229 per annum*(including SDO allowance) (dependent upon skills, experience and qualifications)
37 hours per week with occasional evening and week-end working.
We are seeking a new member to join our Premises and Maintenance Team. The successful applicant will be a self- starter, confident to work on their own initiative but also enjoy working as part of a team, able and willing to support team colleagues across a broad range of day-to-day activities.
The role entails undertaking first line repairs to college buildings and infrastructure. The successful applicant will need to be competent in a wide variety of building crafts i.e. joinery, plumbing, brickwork and general repairs. Whilst previous experience of working in an educational environment is not essential the successful applicant will have an interest and willingness to interact with young people.
The position is primarily based at the Sparsholt campus and occasional working at the Andover campus may be required. A full-time member of staff works 37 hours per week. The role will entail occasional evening and weekend working.- Salary is inclusive of Site Duty Officer allowance,.Closing Date: 13 October 2024

There is a nursery on the Sparsholt campus operated by a commercial provider
