• Meticulously analysing and reconciling rent receipts, ensuring each transaction is accurately allocated within the bank.

• Navigating the complexities of deposit management, from receiving and tracking deposits to facilitating pay-outs with precision.
• Unravelling the intricacies of various payment methods, including direct debits and credit card transactions, to ensure accuracy.
