Sales Negotiator - Estate Agency

Job Profile:

Fantastic career opportunity at our busy and successful Your Move Branch in Broadstairs as we are looking to recruit an Expereinced Sales Negotiator to join our estate agency branch on a full time, permanent basis.

This branch is part of National Home Move who are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.

As a negotiator you will:

• Register Customers and carry out property matches for Sales properties.
• Generate and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers between all parties.
• Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
• Display excellent customer service at all times.

Industry experience is essential for this post.

In return we offer:

• On Target Earning (OTE) Pay circa £35,000
• Guaranteed commission pay, for first few months
• 5 day working week, to include Saturdays on rota.

It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

The nature of this opportunity means the role is predominantly office based.
