A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Director to join an esteemed group of RCVS accredited veterinary practices in the West Midlands. This role is primarily based at one site but extends across our client's five practices. The group consists of approximately 35 employees, with each practice having a Lead RVN.

Our client operates five GP clinics equipped with state-of-the-art surgical and laboratory facilities, including Digital X-ray, Comprehensive Lab Analyser Suites, and Ultrasound. Additionally, you will promote continuous professional development for the clinical staff, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

Our client is committed to equal opportunities and diversity and is looking for someone who shares these values to join the team. They prioritise continuous learning, with team members encouraged to pursue certifications.
