Our Assistant Restaurant General Managers (ARGM) bring awealth of experience from diverse sectors, including supermarkets,pubs, high street retailers, and banks. Despite their variedbackgrounds, they share a common trait: being empowering leaderswho prioritize the well-being of their teammembers.
As an ARGM, you will hold a crucial position within therestaurant management team, responsible for ensuring the smooth andstandardized operation of day-to-day activities. Your role willinvolve coaching, motivating . and developing ahigh-performing team dedicated to delivering a reliable andconsistent experience for our customers. Additionally, you willdrive sales and profitability in your restaurant, contributing toits overall success. Your role willinvolve:
Assisting with day-to-day operations, including foodpreparation, inventory management, and ensuring a clean andwelcoming environment for ourcustomers.Learning essential managerial skills, such as scheduling,team coordination, and effective communication, to lead a motivatedand efficient team.
- Providing exceptional customerservice and ensuring customer satisfaction through promptproblem-solving and a friendlydemeanour.
Embracing a continuous learning mindset, taking feedbackconstructively, and applying it to improve your skills andperformance.
