Carry out investigations on samples of tissue to diagnose disease and monitor the treatment of patients. Assist in the provision of reliable and accurate analytical data for the Trust, in accordance with Clinical Pathology Accreditation (UK) and ISO 15189 standards and to be responsible for the organisation and management of the section.
Work as part of a team to deliver, within budget, a patient-orientated Mohs laboratory service to contribute to efficient and effective care. Be responsible for all technical aspects of the Mohs service based in Dermatology, and to deputise for the Operational Manager as required in their absence, as required.
