£17.54 an hour PAYE

Hours

18 hours any days really but must be able to work on Friday. so that's 7.2 and we will have 10.8 hours left - can be worked over any 2 days or 1 long day Ideally in the office but can be 1 day at home if needed (Friday must be in the office).

Description

Role Duties:

>Be a first line of customer contact, dealing with and (where possible) resolving complex enquiries from customers.

>This includes enquiries from internal and external stakeholders, such as council clients/customers Escalate any issues you are unable to resolve to the Team Leader.

>Take service requests from customers ensuring that their requirements are accurately recorded.

>Ensure that where appropriate self service is used Promote the Business Support service within and outside the council.

>Preparation of non-standard documents, such as complex reports, presentations, letters and briefings.

>Arrange and co-ordinate complex meetings and events between internal and external stakeholders (including the council's clients/customers), ensuring that all necessary preparations have been made.

>Provide advanced meeting support, including the minuting of statutory meetings Handle customer/client enquiries and process incoming documents: such as applications, completed forms and notices.
