With their expertise lying in encrypting, storing, and processing information on UK territory from fully assured and resilient data centres.
Responsibilities:As a Utilities Team Leader, you will hold a pivotal role in overseeing the utilities team and offering support to the finance team. Key responsibilities include:
Ensuring the professional and timely delivery of all administration procurement activities and contracts.Managing a team of Utilities Administrators to provide comprehensive support to the Utilities Team.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing new processes, such as a smart meter installation programme.
Fostering a consistent, positive, and empathetic customer experience while cultivating strong relationships with service providers.
What You’ll Need for This Role:
To excel in this position, you should possess:
Demonstrable experience in administration within a planned and maintenance environment, coupled with a strong drive to succeed.The ability to identify opportunities for advancing the organization’s mission while effectively managing associated risks.
Proficiency and working knowledge of Excel.
The capability to obtain SC Clearance.
