About Our Client
Our client is a well-established and highly-regarded entity in the FMCG sector looking for a Personal Assistant based in Wednesbury.
Job Description- Effectively manage the Senior leadership teams calendars, ensuring commitments are met and conflicts are resolved
- Anticipate and prioritise meetings, deadlines and events to optimise time
- Arrange and coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations and transportation for both business and personal trips
- Provide pre-trip briefings and ensure all necessary arrangements are in place
- Assist with personal tasks and arrangements and handling personal correspondence
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling personal matters
- Act as a liaison between the Senior Leadership Team and internal/external stakeholders, conveying messages accurately and promptly
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Anticipate and prioritise meetings, deadlines and events to optimise the Senior Leadership Teams' time
- Manage front desk duties and represent the company when visitors arrive
- Answer telephone calls and redirect them accordingly
- Proven experience in a personal assistant & receptionist role or similar position.
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in data entry with a keen attention to detail.
- High level of discretion
- Competence in using Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for daily tasks.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong clerical skills.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
- Can commute to Wednesbury.
- Negotiable salary

- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Monday to Friday normal working hours
