Are you organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about making a difference? HIT Training is looking for a proactive MIS Administrator to support our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. The role is a fixed term, maternity cover contract. Travel will be required to attend quarterly team meetings, with the rest of the time working from home.

What You'll Do

As a MIS Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our business operates seamlessly:

Data Processing: Accurately maintain learner and employer records, adhering to funding rules and GDPR regulations.
Communication: Act as the first point of contact, professionally responding to internal and external stakeholders.
Organisation: Manage and prioritise your tasks effectively to keep all administrative processes on track.

Support: Provide essential support to the Area Manager and Local Team, assist with onboarding and training of new administrators, and contribute to broader business needs.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

A strong background in administration, ideally within the work-based learning sector.
Experience working with the Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS).
Skill in systems such as CRM, MIS, DAS, and AO, along with solid Excel and database management skills.
A clear understanding of GDPR and apprenticeship funding rules.

Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with the ability to handle many priorities.
