- Demonstrated success as a Home Manager within elderly care settings, with a track record of driving high standards and operational excellence.
- Strong experience in increasing occupancy rates and enhancing fee structures to drive sustainable success.
- While being nurse-qualified is an advantage, candidates with confidence and experience leading nursing teams and managing clinical risk are equally encouraged.
- Skilled at maintaining and developing effective partnerships with local healthcare agencies, community organizations, and professionals.

- Opportunity to earn bonus ‘up to’ 40% of your annual salary – with OTE £126,000 per annum.
